Please allow approximately 1 week for delivery of regular first class mail, depending upon stock. If an item is out of stock, we will inform you of an approximate delivery date.
When items are out of stock, your order may be held for stock to arrive, or will be shipped in multiple shipments (at no additional shipping charges).

Outside United States and Canada, Regular shipping

RETURN POLICY
Returns for manufacturer defective items are accepted within 14 days of receipt. We will replace the item(s) at no charge. Please send item in original packaging, if possible, and include a note stating the problem, and mail to:

For all other returns, within 14 days of receipt, a 15% restocking fee will be charged based on the item's price, and a catalog credit will be issued for the remainder. Sorry, we cannot accept returns after 14 days.
